Most clips come with a .doc file containing original lyrics plus translation into Russian, as well as .srt file - subtitles in Russian.

You might want to use KMP player - it's great overall, and is also very good for showing subtitles.

I will add English subtitles later if needed or if I suddenly feel like translating :)
